Gallons vs. Feet: What Actually Matters
Robot ratings are based on pool length, not volume — the cable has to reach the far wall. Use this quick conversion: a 12×24 ft pool is roughly 10–13k gallons, 14×28 ft is ~15–19k, 16×32 ft is ~19–25k, and 18×36 ft is ~25–31k, depending on depth. If your pool is unusually deep or long for its volume, size up.
