Return Instructions
To be eligible for a return, products must be returned within 30 days from the order date in the original packaging and in good condition with all included accessories, power supplies, manuals, and components.
Customers are responsible for purchasing return shipping and shipping the product back to us. PoolRobots.com does not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise stated on the product page or promotion. Customers may use the shipping carrier or service of their choice, including discounted label providers such as Pirate Ship.
To begin a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number prior to shipping the product back.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, refunds for the purchase price of the product will typically be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or due to an error on our part.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
