Order status & tracking
Once you sign in, each order shows exactly where it is. Here’s what each stage means:

Common questions
Which email should I use to sign in?
Use the email address you entered at checkout — the one your order confirmation was sent to. Your orders are linked to that email automatically, even if you checked out as a guest.
Do I need a password?
No. Sign-in is passwordless: each time, we email you a fresh one-time 6-digit code. There’s no password to create, forget, or reset — and nothing for anyone else to guess.
I signed in but don’t see my order
Double-check that you signed in with the same email you used at checkout — orders placed under a different email will appear under that address instead. Just placed the order? It can take a few minutes to appear. Still missing? Contact us with your order number and we’ll track it down.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to update the address, swap the model, or cancel it. Once it ships, our 30-day return policy has you covered.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Sign-in and order details are hosted by Shopify — the same platform that handles our secure checkout. We never see or store your password (there isn’t one) or your payment details.
