Does the UV-C sanitation replace chlorine?
No. The UV-C chamber treats the water the robot pumps through it, helping reduce bacteria and organic growth on pool surfaces. You still maintain normal water chemistry — but many owners find they fight algae and cloudiness far less often.
Is the UV light safe for swimmers?
Yes. The UV-C lamp is fully enclosed inside the robot's internal chamber — it only treats water passing through the unit and is never exposed to the pool or swimmers.
Will it fit my pool?
The Clear UV is designed for inground pools up to 50 feet long, with water depths from 2.5 ft to 16.4 ft. The 59-ft anti-tangle cable comfortably reaches every corner of a full-size pool.
How do I get it out of the pool?
